First, the rules that shape what you can buy

Canada caps nicotine concentration in vaping products at 20 mg/mL. Every compliant disposable sold here sits at or below that, regardless of brand or puff count. If a listing advertises higher, it is not compliant with federal rules.

In Ontario, flavoured products can only be sold in age-restricted specialty vape shops. Convenience stores are limited to tobacco, mint and menthol. That is why the selection in a specialty shop looks nothing like the selection at a gas station.

Notice the top two rows. An 80,000 puff device and a 40,000 puff device can hold roughly the same amount of liquid. The difference is usually in how the claim is calculated, not in how much you get.

Consistency from first puff to last
